STUDENT BEHAVIOR POLICY

We believe all students can behave at school.  We feel all students have a responsibility to behave in a manner that prevents neither teachers from teaching nor students from

learning.

CORPORAL PUNISHMENT POLICY

Webster Jr. High School follows all Webster Parish Handbook policies concerning corporal punishment. Parents not wishing to have their child punished in this manner must write a letter stating those wishes and file it with the Asst. Principal’s Office.  This should be done on an annual basis.

Substitutions for corporal punishment: afternoon detention, ISS/SAC/TESS, or suspension.  The degree of substitute punishment will depend on the severity of the violation.
