Registration

Students new to our parish will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian and have the following documentation to register at Webster Jr. High School:

1.      Social Security Card

2.      Immunization Record - must have        

      HEP-B shot series before enrolling
3.  Copy of most recent report card

4.  Copy of most recent ITBS/LEAP or

 other standardized test scores

  5.   Proof of residency - gas bill, phone

            bill, etc.
